Privacy is one of the foundations of Club Vegas. We collect only what we need to run the club and keep you informed.

What we collect

If you join our newsletter, we store your first name (optional), your email address and your consent. If you RSVP, we store what you enter on the form: whether you are attending as a couple or single woman, your name, email, visit date and session, and any optional answers. Ticket purchases made through a separate ticket link are handled by that payment provider under its own privacy terms; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your email only to send party news and club updates. We never sell or share your information.

How we protect your information

• Encrypted in transit. Every page and form is served only over HTTPS (TLS), with strict transport security so browsers never connect insecurely.
• Encrypted at rest. Your information is stored in an encrypted database (AES-256) with automatic backups.
• Locked-down access. RSVPs and newsletter details cannot be read by the public. Only authorised club staff, signed in with a verified account, can see them, and every request is checked on our servers.
• Hashed, single-use links. Newsletter confirmation links are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, expire after seven days and work once.
• Strong staff passwords. Staff passwords are checked against known data breaches and stored using one-way hashing.
• Protection against abuse. Forms are protected against cross-site forgery, automated spam and repeated submissions.
• Discreet by design. We collect only what we need, never sell or share your details, and the Ask the Concierge chat history is kept only in your own browser.
